Welcome to the new and improved Citizen Canine blog!

As you can see, our award-winning blog — in case you haven’t heard, content from this blog has won quite a few awards in writing contests entered by the best dog writers in the world — has undergone a makeover, complete with a host of new features and enhancements designed to help you get the most out of your experience.

In addition to the new look, the blog has added the following features to make your experience even better:

• A “subscribe” button (at the right on the sidebar) allows you to receive new posts delivered right to your inbox each day.
• Menu tabs have been added to the homepage that allow you to easily find more information about the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy program and training classes and evaluators in your area.
• Icons that allow you to email posts to your friends and connect directly to the CGC Facebook page.
• Regular weekly features — Training and behavior tips on Mondays and Wednesdays, CGC and S.T.A.R. Puppy graduates featured on Tuesdays, the opportunity to share stories about your dog on Thursdays, and feature photos from Facebook on Fridays.
• And keep on the lookout for other new features — such as videos, slideshows, and guest posts from CGC evaluators and other dog training experts — in the coming months.
